A $500 deposit is required to secure your half of the cow.
The remaining balance will be calculated and paid upon receipt of the carcass weights. For example, if your half weighs 100kg, the cost will be 100kg x $15.50/kg = $1,550.00. After deducting the $500 deposit, the balance owing will be $1050.
If you have specific cuts you would like, we will email you a sheet with the range of cuts and options for how you want them done by the butcher. Please note that this customisation is not available for smaller packs.
An invoice for the remaining balance will be payable BEFORE OR ON delivery.
